At Ckprojector, we want you to be thrilled with your new home cinema. If things aren’t quite right, we’re here to help.

  1. 30-Day Return Window
    You have 30 days from the date you received your projector to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all cables, remotes, and manuals included.

  1. How to Start a Return
    Contact Us: Email our team at support@ckprojector.us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Review: We will send you instructions and a return shipping address.

Ship it back: Once authorized, please pack the projector securely and send it to the address provided.

  1. Refunds
    Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve got it.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method .

Timeline: It usually takes 5-10 business days for the bank to show the credit in your account.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your projector arrives damaged or doesn’t work out of the box, please contact us immediately.

We will send you a prepaid shipping label and ship you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.

Please include a photo or a short video of the issue so we can help you faster!

  1. Return Shipping Costs
    Defective Items: If the return is due to a hardware fault, we cover all shipping costs.

Changed Your Mind: If you are returning the projector because you no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

  1. 1-Year Warranty
    Beyond the 30-day return window, your projector is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty. If the hardware fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first year, we will repair or replace it for you.
